Welcome to Module 2 of your learning journey! Throughout this second module, you will engage in a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, enabling you to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world implementation. Each course has been crafted to provide you with a deep understanding of key concepts while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. You will be able to engage in dialogue and effective communication that leads to target-oriented decision making.
This is the second of a total of three modules that had carefully been curated within the scope of the project Challenger. All courses are designed and developed by professionals from prestigious VET providers. During this module, you will work in a team on a given challenge. Throughout the whole phase, you will be supported by your tutor/role model and guided by experienced mentors and industry experts.
In Module 2, you can anticipate an enriching educational experience that encompasses a diverse array of courses tailored to sharpen your entrepreneurial skills. You will dive into the crucial process of validating business ideas while gaining insights into essential resources for successful implementation. Furthermore, you will be equipped with the tools to understand and empathetically connect with your target customers, utilizing persona mapping techniques to enhance market understanding. In addition, you will explore the unique selling proposition (USP) and value proposition to effectively differentiate products or services in the market. Additionally, you will develop your presentation skills and pitching abilities, crucial for conveying your ideas persuasively. Moreover, we will guide you through the product development process, to bring a concept to life and ensure market readiness. Lastly, the module encompasses understanding avenues for support and funding, vital for sustaining and scaling ventures, thus providing you with a holistic understanding of the entrepreneurial journey.
Module 2 will build up on module 1. And by the end of this module, you will not only have acquired valuable insights and skills but also be prepared to bring your own innovative journey into life in subsequent module 3.

These courses are offered for free. If you registered for participation and handed in the group assignments to your tutor/role model, you will receive a confirmation of participation in the form of a digital badge. After completion of all courses of the module, you will receive an innovation certificate that will prove your experience and gained know-how.
