PROJECT AIM
The main objective of the Challenger project is to design and establish a sustainable and efficient structure that promotes innovation through applied research in VET. It will be supported by integration of innovative VET teaching methods to foster an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, by the network of tutors, mentors and role models and by the collaboration between different stakeholders in local communities and wider.

Developing the Next-Generation community makerspace framework, innovation journey for users, and a role model framework for fostering an innovation culture

Designing self-guided courses, resources, and pilot the new structure and role model development in open community spaces to achieve meaningful impact for regional communities

TARGET GROUPS
The main target groups and stakeholders are learners, VET teachers and tutors, industry experts, entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, regional authorities, other interested creative people. The focus among targets will be put on gender balance.
